Everglades Angling and Eco-Tours have been in business since 2002, offering family-friendly guided kayak tours, fishing excursions, and nature walks, birdwatching, hiking and more.
Owner / Operator Jim Dussias has always been drawn to nature, and over the years has acquired knowledge and a skill set that he enjoys sharing with others. As a life-long artist and art educator, he has a somewhat unique approach to experiencing and enjoying nature. He loves to teach and share his love for the outdoors with others.
Clients range from young to old and come from a wide variety of states and countries. Some clients have returned every year to fish or paddle for 16 years. Jim believes they like the variety of experiences that he offers, “We are constantly exploring new waters, trails, and beautiful places and share these with our clients” he said.
The most popular experience is the full day Everglades Fishing/Kayaking trip, and the second most popular is the half day kayak trip in Miami. The newest tour, The Unplugged Tour, encourages families to unplug from their devices and experience the sights and sounds of nature as is!
