I truly am floored about the fact that we are in February 2022! This month is usually all about black history and love. I find that awesome. This month is also a great time to talk to kids about emotions while helping them explore their feelings - especially for the type of child who likes to "keep it all in." Books are a great way to help children learn to recognize, define, accept, and manage different feelings; check out my top 5 that I love to read with my kids.
